Thank you for purchasing one of our themes! We offer unlimited support for all of our customers. If you are stuck and have an issue after you have read through any provided documentation please contact us below at support@themearmada.com. We generally respond within 24 hours unless on the weekends.
Remember that there is a difference between support and personal theme customization. See below for a few examples. If you are in need of customization please let us know. We offer our services for an additional hourly rate.
Examples of Theme Support
- Your theme does NOT work like the demo after you have read any included documentation & installed it correctly
- You are having trouble installing or locating a file that should be included in the theme package
- You have a question regarding id or classes used in the styling of the theme
- You noticed a bug or a browser issue
Examples of Theme Customization
- Changing color schematics or altering structure of an existing template
- Adding plugins or different functionality other than the themes original design includes
- Adding any number of pages not originally included
- Creating a custom form or adding form fields to inhance the functionality
- Designing a custom header graphic or any illustrations not originally included
